VioletsIce Cream

Our story

Let the butterfat do the talking.

Locally made. Amish-style. Real cream. 14–15% butterfat in every scoop.

Why butterfat matters

Richness you can taste in the first bite.

Violets ice cream is made locally, Amish-style, with a 14–15% butterfat content.

Most ice cream sits around 10%. Butterfat is what gives ice cream its richness, density and flavor, so there's no need for fillers or artificial flavor to cover up a light, airy product.

For context: Wisconsin dairy suppliers describe 14%+ butterfat as super-premium, and University of Wisconsin dairy notes that butterfat in ice cream ranges from about 10 to 18%.

Light vs. heavy

Air is cheap. Cream isn't.

Light & airy

Lower butterfat, more air whipped in. Melts fast, tastes thin.

Dense & creamy

14–15% butterfat, slow-churned. Rich, smooth, unforgettable.

We're a local, family-run business serving Oviedo and downtown Sanford. [Founder's story goes here: how Violets started, why purple, and the people behind the scoop.]
